Mid season. The Gentle Giant Goliath pepper is more productive then most of the other big long sweet peppers. Plant produces high yields of 15-17 cm long and 5-6 cm wide Cubanelle type sweet peppers. Peppers turn from light green to a beautiful red color when mature. Excellent for grilling, frying, or stuffing.
