AJI PANSA LIMA ( a.k.a. Aji Brown) Chili Pepper

This mild Peruvian pepper is the second most common pepper in Peru. Slightly hot Capsicum chinense variety with large, dark-brown pods. The Aji Panca is fruity and sweet, with surprisingly complex flavors of blueberry, smoke, and citrus. Their pods need to be dried, then they fully develop the characteristic smokey flavor.
