Description
Capsicum annuum. Probably a cross between a Jalapeno and an Ancho / Mulato type pepper. It is an extra-large Jalapeno. The fruits from green become a beautiful bright brown color when fully ripe. Very sweet and juicy taste.They are perfect for stuffing, grilling and making sauces. A great producer.
