Capsicum annuum. This Jalapeno is one of the largest, the real “mammoth” between Jalapenos. About 7-10 cm long peppers are perfect for stuffing. The fruits from green become a bright and shiny red color when fully ripe. The plant grows to about 60-70 cm tall. Jalapeno Mammoth is a hot Jalapeno variety with a great sweet flavor. They have a very thick skin and are very juice.
