Description
Mid-late. Indeterminate plant with regular foliage. The fruits are flat-rounded, yellow with red, fleshy, sweet, excellent taste. Fruit weight 200-400 gr. The variety was brought to the USA from Scotland, where the Germans from Kazakhstan could have introduced it. The term Schalavije refers to the red shoulders of the fruit, as the Schalavije is a red-colored shawl worn in winter.
