Created by Laurent Minet from Belgium. Zebrange pepper is a cross between the Aji Fantasy and Bishop’s Crown. The most striking feature of the Zebrange pepper is its appearance as the peppers ripen to orange and have red stripes on them, similar to the Sugar Rush Stripey. Zebrange pepper has a low to medium heat level, similar to a mild Jalapeno, and a sweet fruity flavor with some tropical notes.
