. An American eggplant variety developed 1964 at the University of NH by legendary plant breeder Elwyn Meader. Plant with compact development, growing 70-80 cm tall. The fruits are pale green color, oval in shape, have a soft texture and cream-colored flesh. Taste is much milder and non acidic, its texture when cooked is soft and buttery. Very productive.
