Variety recently created and fixed by Jean Claude Bosher in the Channel, France. From the cross of "Beef Heart" and "Red Zebra“. Fruit from 200 to 400 gr. Fruit-shades of yellow orange and red. Indeterminate plants with dropping foliage. Clusters of 4 to 6 fruits. Dense flesh marbled yellow-orange to red in his heart with few seeds. Excellent flavor for bi-color "hearts".
